Looking for motivated Software Testers for our Quality Assurance department in Madeira
Job description
- Development of automated tests
- Manual testing and bug reporting
- Customer support via email, chat, and remote sessions
- Knowledge base maintenance
Required tech skills – knowledge or experience with
- Stages of the software development process
- Different test categories, namely unit, integration, and stress
- Different types of test methods, namely white box and black box
- Distributed version control and project management tools (Git or similar)
- Automating manual testing
- SQL - able to write simple queries
Nice to have tech skills – knowledge or experience with
- Programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core
- Windows scripting
- Virtualization tools and management of VMs
Soft skills
- Intermediate English communication skills - mandatory
- Eager to understand tested software and dig in to find possible issues
- Ability to work in a team
- Eye for detail
- Structured, organized, and focused
