Join our innovative team as a WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist, where you'll elevate our digital presence and make our website even better. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and editing SEO-optimized content using the Cornerstone page builder
- Monitoring website performance, running audits, and implementing timely updates based on the latest SEO and GEO guidelines, including AI-driven content optimization for emerging search technologies
- Maintaining integrations, troubleshooting technical/content issues, and conducting tests to keep our site competitive and reliable across all browser and device types
Required Skills
We're seeking a detail-oriented WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist with:
- Proven experience as a WordPress developer, including front-end development and web design
- Bachelor's degree in web development or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) and back-end (PHP), along with scripting, content tools, and digital media
- Strong grasp of SEO principles, web architecture, usability, and aesthetics
- C1-level English for effective collaboration within our international team
Nice to have Skills
Stand out with:
- Ability to handle AI optimization, such as adapting content for AI search engines or integrating tools like LLMs.txt for enhanced discoverability
- Experience with page builders like Cornerstone or Elementor, multilingual websites, Google Analytics, or Matomo Analytics
- SEO or Analytics certifications
- Background in managing paid campaigns or social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Familiarity with business systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or Exchange Server
