In this article you'll find a handy list of essential Microsoft portals with their corresponding links to save you time and frustration.
We start by presenting the 10 Microsoft Admin Centers that we use the most and that you can find through the "All admin centers" page by Microsoft.
We then present the top 5 main other Microsoft Portals in alphabetical order. To conclude, we present other portals in a compact reference table. Each Microsoft portal has its own importance, but the ones on the table are a bit more specific.
And, in case you are wondering, “How many Microsoft portals are there?”, there are certainly more than 100 portals. If you count subportals too, the list can grow to nearly 200 items.

All Microsoft Admin Centers

This is your one-stop shop for administering all your Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, and billing.
If you navigate to the All admin centers section you will find the most comprehensive list by Microsoft of its admin centers. It is a great starting point and we will highlight some of the main Admin Centers there.
1.Exchange Admin Center (EAC)

3. Microsoft Entra Admin Center

This was formerly the Azure AD Admin Center, which means all Azure AD activities are now here. The Microsoft Store for Business and Education are currently retiring. The old URLs https://businessstore.microsoft.com and https://educationstore.microsoft.com will eventually stop working and customers should all go the Microsoft Store.
