With a stronger local presence, we can now deliver 24/7 support to our clients, collaborate more closely with them, and further deepen our relationship with our partners in Asia. Being closer to the market enables us to respond faster, support projects more effectively, create greater value for our customers, and ultimately implement our new global workflow strategy where support is sequentially passed between geographically dispersed teams across time zones.
This new office also reflects our long-term commitment to our customers and their needs. What began in Austria 22 years ago has grown into something much bigger, and our Selangor hub marks one more exciting step in our journey.
For now, this will serve as our newest development and support center, but in the future, we can even expand into a broader regional presence.
