When purchasing any of our solutions, there are two deployment options you can choose:
- Self-hosted
- Software as a Service (SaaS)
If you are unsure about what differentiates them, we have also published an article that we believe will give you the answers you are looking for.
Our SaaS solutions are based on Microsoft Azure for maximum security and availability. We chose Microsoft Azure North American datacenters from the start. This means that when a client chooses to deploy any of our solutions in SaaS, their information will be stored within these servers.
Many of our European customers preferred to have their data stored on servers in Europe to comply with policy or regulation demands, so now you have a new data residency option available!

You can have your solutions hosted in the European Union or in the United States of America.
If you want to host your solution on the cloud but within Europe, you can now bring your applications closer to you - perfect for GDPR and policy compliance 👍
Here is what you need to know:
✌️ Both North America and Europe are available as data residency options.
⚠️ Data residency for new orders is defined when ordering and cannot be moved.
