Not all my users have a Salesforce license, is this a problem?

If someone makes a change in SharePoint, will it reflect in Salesforce?

Given that all files in Salesforce now lead to SharePoint, all files will be both current and the latest iteration of that file.

Will uploads in SharePoint appear in Salesforce?

Absolutely. Document Extractor supports bi-directional syncing meaning that changes made in SharePoint reflect in Salesforce and vice versa. This feature is also both optional and customizable to suit every use case.

Why should I choose Document Extractor over anyone else?

What happens if there is an error in the transfer process?

How frequently are my files moved over?

As soon as they are uploaded to Salesforce. There is also a full scan that occurs every set amount of time that is set by the IT administrator that scans for files that were not transferred and incoming files from SharePoint.
