Junior - Mid Developer

The Role

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Developer to join our new Malaysia hub to build new features and provide global 3rd-level support. This role is a mix of development and on-call readiness. You will implement new features in .NET 10 while participating in support rotations to learn how enterprise-grade software behaves in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations, investigating technical issues and providing code-level resolutions.
  • Feature Implementation: Write clean, maintainable code for product modules using .NET 10.
  • Technical Writing: Document bug fixes and feature updates in the internal Knowledge Base for global handovers.
  • Continuous Learning: Work under senior experts to further develop your technical skills.

What We’re Looking For

Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia at the time of application (we cannot provide visa sponsorship for this location).

  • 1+ year of professional experience in C# / .NET (high-potential graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of MVC and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn complex enterprise platforms.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Graduated from assisting to fully owning the design and deployment of product modules.
  • Reduced time-to-resolution for Tier-3 tickets by mastering the production codebase.
  • Became a consistent contributor to the technical library by writing "How-To" articles for common challenges.
